Smoke Damper

Smoke dampers are designed to be used in ventilation systems to prevent fire and smoke from spreading to other compartments.

Features

It has a test certificate of EN 1366-10 standard 500 Pa vacuum for 120 minutes according to its position.
With the multi compartment feature, it is a feature that is valid when more than one smoke damper is connected to a duct. This document is required when more than one damper is connected to a shaft (duct). The flap of this type of smoke damper is equipped with a fire-expanding intumescent seal in accordance with DIN 4102 standard. After the flap is closed, the expanding material, which is activated at a certain temperature, closes all four sides of the flap and provides sealing. In addition, all joints on the fire damper are filled with fire-resistant mastic in accordance with DIN 4102 standard, thus increasing the product’s usage safety. It can be mounted in front of or outside the wall, taking the necessary construction precautions, to the wall passages of the ducts. The width of the smoke damper can be a minimum of 200 mm and a maximum of 800 mm; and its height can be a minimum of 200 mm and a maximum of 800 mm.
